What should an itemized hospital quotation show?
It should identify the provider, proposed treatment, currency, hospital and professional fees, expected stay, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, requested reports and validity period. Travel or accommodation should appear separately. The estimate may change after examination, additional tests or a revised treatment plan.
