    It is essential that you get yourself examined by a doctor. Perhaps your vocal cords are infected or there could be an inflammation of the larynx, the “voice box” that contains the vocal cords in the upper portion of the neck. If so, then it could be a case of laryngitis triggered probably from straining your voice.
