    It certainly will do good if one gently massages the eyelids. One should massage along the length of the upper and lower eyelids towards the eye. Repeat this massage action 5 to 10 times over about 30 seconds immediately following the warming. Massaging should neither to be too gentle nor too firm. Always massage with the eyes shut.
